All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
All deliveries sent out must have a phone number to the recipient.
All pictures shown on our site may vary depending on seasonal availabily, in some cases substitutions may be necessary to fulfill the equivalent value requirement.
Cancellations must give 24 hours notice and refunds will be credited back to the credit card which they were originally purchased from.
If recipients are not home , deliveries will be left at front door, if the courier doesn't think it is safe to leave ,there will be a calling card left in letter box to arrange re-delivery ( no charge).
Prices include all taxes where applicable.
Deliveries will be made on the date requested,AM deliveries are delivered before 12pm and PM deliveries are delivered before 6pm.Funerals can be specific with times.
Prices include standard delivery fee, some areas will accur extra delivery fee.
Return and Refunds
Werribee Station Place Florist guarantees that we always use the freshest flowers for all our arrangements,unfortunately with the change in temperature such as extreme heat and air conditioning it has effects on flowers,flowers should last 3-7 days ,if flowers do not last the 3 days we will resend a fresh arrangement of equal value. to assist with our policy Werribee Station Place Florist needs to collect original flowers.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6months from issued date
